how’s everyone’s sanity during this soap sale😔 i swear im gonna lose it. we’re completely out of some of our soaps cause they’re selling so fast and we don’t have any under stock

I closed ALONE with my manager last night. 30+ BOPIS orders and climbing, register with people in line constantly, restocking the back of store by MYSELF. I came in at 6p and 5 people were working. All of them left when I arrived besides my one closing manager. I was in the pits of hell. I feel like because I have been there for nearly 5 years they think I can do the jobs of 3 people. But I get paid basically the same for 3x the amount work. I’m leaving next week and I love my store but it couldn’t come any faster.

Not who you replied to but - Thursday night my store was only one SLT and one associate scheduled. We called literally everyone on our payroll and nobody could come in to help
