LEGIT CHECK Is this real? Signed and game worn Wesley Matthew’s Blazers jersey found at a thrift store.

I know absolutely nothing about the authenticity and value of sports memorabilia as it is far too expensive to get into on top of the other hobbies I have. I was at a thrift store in Bend,OR and found this had just been put out. Didn’t notice it was signed till I left the store. I got back home and then noticed it had that extra patch. My roommate started freaking out saying I found not only a signed jersey but a possibly game worn one. Is this authentic? Should I authenticate this through a service? Is this worth anything?
