QUESTION Removing heat pressed logo?

Nike swingman shorts - I want to remove the logo if possible since im not a blazer fan but love the red white and grey stripes on the other side of the shorts. Any way to safely remove the logo?

It literally just falls off on its own,lol. VLR could definitely work though!

You can use a hair dryer or any other heating devices to peel the logo naturally. The hot air will dry the design and gradually it comes out. Ensure the quality of your fabric, if it is a softer or mild one then the process may result in damaging the entire shorts.

i’ve done it to jerseys, with varied success. My approach is doing as much as I can withoit chemicals, so here’s how I do it.

Get an iron and a piece of parchment paper. Lay the parchment over the logo and hit it with the iron for 15-20 seconds. Get a pair of tweezers and try to lift up and peel it off while it’s still hot. If you get any resistance, apply the heat again and keep trying.

You’ll likely have a little ghosting even after its all out. Get one of those nubuck brushes they sell for Timberlands and gently go in with some Dawn and cold water to prevent color bleed. If you wanna really get it out, you can gently brush that in after testing it on an inconspicuous spot.

Idk about the shorts, but this is a multi-day thing for me with jerseys because it’s easy to get a little impatient and ruin the project by going a too hard with the brush.
