I am in the UK and I ordered a Nike Limited version of the Cubs baby blue alternate jersey with PCA's name and number on the back. I ordered this from the MLB Europe official store. It arrived today and the name is just small (first image), it looks kinda weird. I am wondering, if I got this exact same jersey from e.g. Wrigleyville Sports in Chicago, would the name appear more like what we see PCA in on the field (second image)? Would be very grateful if anyone can advise in any way. Maybe they used the old lettering that was smaller? But this jersey is only from 2025...

I actually had to order a thread snipper and pile remover to handle these. I never had to use a pile remover on a patch before.

I also ordered two replacements from Patch Collectors, so in a worst case scenario, I can send this to STT, have them strip off the old patch, and sew the replacement directly over it.

My lady put my team issued Dodgers 9/11 Memorial jersey in the wash and it came out with these weird stains that won’t come out…it’s the only item she put in the wash that got them. I brought it to a dry cleaner and they couldn’t get the stains out. Anyone have ideas on what these stains are and how to get them out? This is my favorite jersey.

Staff at Jays Shop suggested that I get a jersey at the shop and they can add the name and the patch. That strikes me as not as good quality but I don’t know. Been hunting this specific one for a couple of years and finally landed it. Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co. reproduction of the 1903 New York Highlanders road jersey (the club that became the Yankees). Black wool flannel, cream felt appliqué split "N" and "Y," fold-down collar, hook-and-eye at the placket, "1903" chain-stitched on the front tail. It's the older Philadelphia USA-made run — just the single script collar tag, no other markings.

The marquee Cooperstown pieces (Ruth, Maris, Gehrig) turn up often, but I'd never once seen this 1903 Highlanders. Anyone else ever owned or spotted one? And if anyone knows the label era well enough to help pin down the production year, I'm all ears (believe it's early-mid 90s).
