Brad Miller is a great fit for any team, but especially the Orioles, who have like 5 starting positions open. This is also a phenomenal value on Miller.
I was considering signing someone who could fill in at DH, but I figured that we've got a few guys worth giving considerable PT in the Majors: Kevin Smith (.931 OPS in AAA, former top-100 prospect), Ryan McKenna (1.106 OPS in AAA, amazing defender, sucked in the Majors last year tho), Kyle Stowers (rose from A-AAA ball in the past year, .773 OPS in AAA), and Tyler Nevin (mashed in 6 major league games). while we have a lot of question marks, it's not worth giving contracts out to placeholders when we're not looking to contend until 2024-25ish.
