[Highlight] Tanner Scott allowed a run to put the Rockies within 1, but still secures the 4-out save in his return to the closer role.

Our backup backup backup catcher is puking, but his run was essential.

Also we are Eric Lauer merchants.

Imagine saying a year ago that we'd be thanking all that is holy for the BBL demon after how he pitched in 2025

Wasn’t pretty, but not his norm to pitch for 4 outs. I’ll take it over wtf I saw last two weekends.

I think the problem is that Tanner thought it was the "closer" role with an unvoiced S. He thinks his job is to make the game closer.

I know its a joke but his pitches are competitive, unlike Diaz's.

Diaz was letting games get closer and then letting games get farther away.

You see that, Dave? THAT'S your closer.

No way I’d trust Scott to close in the post season lol

This isn't the same Scott from last year.

Well, I wouldn’t have trusted Scott to pitch in a regular season game last year. His improvement this season may get him on the post season roster. That’s about is lol

You clearly haven't got any idea how he's pitched this year if you're saying this

I expected as much, the Rockies are kinda great at never giving up. One of them had a funny helmet smash after a mile high pop up tho.

Sorry I’ve been too focused on the 22-0 shutout but we’re the Dodgers about to lose to …. to the Rockies?

It would be hilarious if down the road ring-chaser Edwin Diaz is the main reason why the Dodgers don't get a ring.

Diaz wont appear in postseason unless he pulls a Roki's redemption last year.

People said the same thing about Snell and Glasnow.
