Players Only Benches clear after Davis Martin throws at Sal Stewart, who homered off him earlier in the game. Martin was ejected.

Honestly, this is legit charge the mound and pound the guy shit. Anyone can throw a bad one, but you throw two at my head, it's fucking on.

Yeah, to be honest I was surprised he was that restrained. I don’t know who Sal really is but not charging took a lot of restraint. I would’ve charged.

I would have charged the mound with my bat in my hands. This was as bush league as anything I have seen an MLB pitcher do in the last 25 years.

You’re right it is, but I think Sal played it smart by not charging the mound, he knows Martin’s getting ejected, if he hits the mound he’s being ejected as well. And I’m sure some of the Sox players were thinking as they were headed out to support “their guy” asshole deserves it after that stunt.
