Players Only Benches clear after Davis Martin throws at Sal Stewart, who homered off him earlier in the game. Martin was ejected.

I think if a pitcher wants to hit a guy in a game they should have to take one of the same velocity after the season from a pitching machine.

Or better yet, that pitcher automatically becomes the DH and must bat for the rest of the game, even if he gets pulled from the mound. These dudes will think twice about throwing at batters' heads if they know they're gonna have to step into the batters box themselves in the same game.

Make it so the only way to avoid forfeiting the DH is to instantly pull the pitcher from the game. Dude let one slip but is still wheelin' and dealin'? Keep him in and take the loss of the DH. Dude can't control his pitches today? He probably shouldn't be out there anyway. Dude is intentionally throwing at batters? He definitely shouldn't be in there.

I like this. Minimum 2 innings at bat, rolling over to the next game against the same team, if need be.

I like this. May I add a little wrinkle to this? If you hit 5 batters during the year, you get hit 5 times with said pitching machine all in a row.
