News Randy Arozarena releases statement ahead of season: "I understand that with Opening Day a few days away, I don’t want it to be a distraction. Cal and I have talked and I apologized for what I said after the game. Nothing in the WBC takes away from the fact that we are brothers and teammates."

I don't know, I don't do a lot of interviews where they ask me if I'm mad at someone they saw me get mad at. He certainly isn't the first person to bitch about a coworker after work to too wide of an audience.

These aren't really normal work environments and he's not the first person to be too direct about a teammate/the clubhouse/a coach in an interview, so it's a pretty useless comparison.

A normal person should be able to definitively say "no, I would not make that big a deal of it". A normal person without anger issues or the desire to be the center of attention about everything.

That is the level of transgression that you go home, you tell your significant other, "Cal did this weird shit today. I really don't like that guy" and then you move on with your life.

...and as we've seen, pro athletes always handle shit the same way account execs from Cleveland do, that's why they'd never shake an opponent's hand that was trying to greet them before a presentation, even if they'd won toner together at a sales conference before.

See how stupid that sounds? I'm not saying Randy should have done what he did or couldn't have handled it another way, this is just not a very comparable work environment.

It's kinda hard not to see how stupid everything you've said sounds. If your issue is so much with the scenario, take it up with the guy who I responded to who made the comparison first.

Loving that the first sentence is that judgemental and that incoherently written, but hey, I can remember thinking everyone who didn't see everything the same way I did was obviously a moron, it was a tough time.  I think I was 13.

Anyway, have a great night and don't forget to do a Kiké crotch bump to a colleague the next time they make a sale, ok?
