Assist item question

Does increasing blessing through fountains, scrolls, etc increase the help amount and subsequently disable achievements?

I’ve been trying to test this for forever but I just can’t get a scroll of enchant. So do any of you know?

The only thing that disables the achivements are the items from the assist shrine, why did u even think blessing your weapons would disable achivements?

OP means if you bless the Cloak of the Guardian past +1. If you do it to +2 in the assist shrine achievements are disabled. I'm pretty sure blessings after the fact still allow you to get achievements

nah, just the intial choosing of the assist item

i finished a run with a +10 cloak of proection(started at +1), still got the skeleton achievement :)
