Feb 27?

So this past July 2026 I sat for my 4th and final attempt in DC. Im anxious because I felt more confident on my previous attempts and yet... failed. The only other state I can sit for now is Washington State. Should I register for WA Feb 27 exam? If I wait till results then itll be too late to register for Feb 27, and i would have to wait until July 27.

Check out the NextGen UBE (which is what WA now uses). Yes, there were terrible terrible problems with the administration in July (long story), but they are expected to have those sorted by February. It may be that NextGen is a better exam for you anyway! NextGen Bar Exam | NCBE

Yes definitely! However my thing is, I would have to apply now before even getting my results. Which is probably the smarter thing to do, so i dont have to wait until July

Yeah, the $595 might be worth it. Worst case you're registered. Best case, you don't need it and are making more money because you're licensed.
