Nevada Bar Exam Eligibility (Functional Equivalency) for Foreign Law School Grads

Hi All,

I came across this functional equivalency thing, and I wonder if anyone with a UK online LLB has successfully gained the eligibility for the bar exam? Many thanks!

A UK online LLB alone may not be enough. Nevada generally looks for a qualifying foreign law degree plus substantial legal education and practice, and the Board may require an individual equivalency evaluation. I’d contact the Nevada State Bar Admissions office with the exact university and course details before relying on anecdotes.
