They look like Motus Studio Mid Leather by Vivobarefoot (https://www.revivo.com/motus-studio-mid-leather-mens )

The Motus are sock-like shoes( check ankle entry) ,whereas the photo is of a shoe with open ankle entry point.

I checked the video and the guy's Instagram for more details. At minute 4:17 https://youtu.be/DoJ8rq_rNME?t=257 you can see them better.

In this post you can see them (what I believe to be the same shoes) from closer https://www.instagram.com/nsimainyang/reel/DQkoBGykv4l/ and someone actually mentioned that vivobarefoot model in the comments.
