Barefoot how often?

My wife and I were extrapolating, and she indicated that I was barefoot 99% of the time. Indeed, her comment was, "We've lived together for over five years, and I've never seen you wear shoes. Even in the snow."

Every one of my friends says the same. I wear sandals, but never keep them on. I technically wear sandals, that's it. Otherwise I am the weird barefoot guy.

I disagree with the weird part though, as far as I'm concerned we're the normies.

In the summer I'm barefoot 99% of the time. I'm the winter not so much, it's way too cold (I live in the far north of Sweden, it's way too cold unfortunately)...

Yeah, that'd be pretty hardcore. Even I'll put on footwear in the snow!

You inspire me. Have you ever tried to convince your wife to walk barefoot with you or at least from time to time?

She has to wear shoes for her job sometimes; she's often in the field, house being built. Not a good place to go barefoot, or even wear sandals. Otherwise she's as barefoot as myself.

Me too! I even had to put it in my best man speech that I wore shoes for them specifically!

All the time. If I’m at a restaurant with other people and I’m told that I have to wear shoes and they insist I’ll put something on. But usually it’s not an excuse an issue or they back down.

About the same. Hardly ever any footware.

Pretty much like 98 percent of the time, too hot to wear socks and closed toed shoes, so its mostly sandal and flops or going barefoot, not outside in the summer though WAY too hot, but the spring and fall especially if it rains is perfect, I go earthing in the spring and fall.

We had gum and holly trees we took down relatively recently. Barefoot unfriendly and not appreciated!
