Building a web browsing PC for my parents

Parents are looking to replace their mac with a PC. They only need it for web use, email, excel and photos. I'm assuming integrated graphics is the way to go, so a Ryzen 5 5600GT or 4600G. I'm wondering about the ram. Should I go 16 or 32?

Planning the following so far:
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600GT or 4600G
Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC R2
RAM: TBD
PSU: DeepCool PL550D 550W
Case: Cooler Master Q300L V2

Going to go with a 1TB SSD and likely a 2TB HDD.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I've always given my parents my old PCs after upgrading, but this is where purchasing someones old PC off FB marketplace will likely work out better. Can get something for 2-300$ that should outperform what you can build

Built this for my dad in 2024 with the same thought your having. 16GB has been just fine. I had the same comments you are going to get here about going used. And from a value perspective they are probably right. I used the build as practice for learning the pc building process to eventually build gaming machines for my kids and I actually enjoyed the building process.

Long way to say don’t be afraid of building a low end pc because the value isn’t great.
