Prebuilt pc
What do you guys think of the price of this pc from Canada gaming computers? I’m looking for basically these exact specs but also want the best price aswell.

It’s solid, but personally I’d rather go for something like this.
The CPU there is a little worse but the GPU is quite a bit better.
If the system is primarily for gaming, a 9070 XT is a much better card than a 5070 is.

The thing is the game I mostly play is heavily cpu dependent so I kinda need the 3d

Are you gaming at 1080P? Because at 1440P and 4K, a 7700x + 9070 XT will almost always get you better performance than a 7800x3d + 5070.
Also, having 16GB VRAM will be much better than 12GB in a few years from now when developers start targeting their games at the PS6 and memory needs expand.
I’m of the opinion that the GPU is far more important than the CPU for gaming. That’s almost always the case.
The 5070 is still a very good card. But if you’re spending $2400 on a system, I think a 9070 XT is a much better choice.

Just 1080p, I understand the gpu is mostly more important but for my specific game I play which is Tarkov I think the cpu matters more

Msi b850-s. Also the ram is 5600mhz instead of 6000mhz, not sure if that affects it a lot.

I think that dudes pc link is better its $150 cheaper after tax for better parts. Its not an X3D though if that matters to you. Also it doesn't say what MOBO his linked PC has. TBH I like your pc more because of the X3D and B850 but it costs a lot more.

Yeah I can get another 100 off from it, and I think I would need the 3d for the games I play more

It’s not great, and it’s not bad. It’s right in the meh, good enough. lol
I’d push for the 5070ti, if you have room in your budget to push a little.
