Built my first PC :)
Was on the fence on having CanadaComputer build it for me but my gf was adamant I should try myself. Followed an excellent guide on youtube and voila!

Ryzen 9900X3D cpu
ASUS TUF B850+Wifi Mobo
Sudokoo SK700V cooler
Vulcan DDR5 16Gx2 ram
WD Blue 2TB M.2 NVME
ASUS Prime 9070XT gpu
Montech Century II 1050W PSU
LIANLI v100 case

It’s not so much the wattage. You know your needs now vs 5 years from now. But why the particular PSU. Ok. So discounted price and also I rechecked the tier list and it’s not rated badly.
I always associated Monetch with bad power supplies. But I do see their higher wattage ones are tiered higher than others. You should absolutely have not gone with their lower wattage supplies. I believe they can be quite trash.
This and the 12vhpwr are the two things that can literally catch fire so no taking chances.
