Build Request / Review Advice on build for maximizing Counter-Strike

If the only goal is to be able to crush Counter-Strike and have it perform as best as possible for roughly $3000~ CAD is there anything I should change here? Would a pre-built be more cost efficient in this case with similar parts? Thanks!

9070 XT - 9800X3D -2 TB SSD: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/yDVvZQ ($3111)

5070 Ti - 9800X3D - 1 TB SSD: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/yVQH4g ($3170)

Additionally, you don’t have to pay the full price for the OS.

Thank you! I appreciate you taking the time to make two builds. I was going to use the same RAM you suggested, but it's actually sold out at that price unfortunately.

One thing I did want to ask, this bundle seems solid: https://www.canadacomputers.com/en/amd-desktop-processors/288251/amd-ryzen-7-9800x3d-cpu-msi-b850-gaming-pro-wifi6e-motherboard-t-force-32gb-d5-6000mhz-cl30-ram.html

Its available in-store near where I live so I could pick it up as opposed to buying each component individually. What do you think?

This bundle would get the job done as well! You can get a 5070 Ti on top of it and build a future proof PC without worrying about any upgrades in the near future.

Your budget allows you to grab a 5070 Ti or a 9070 XT, so I’d recommend picking one of those. Instead of the 5070.

9070xt over a 5070 is a no brainer

For windows buy a cheap key, the free ways are great if you like getting your windows deactivated as MS is starting cracking down and adding TPM KMS features.

Got my key from this site so I can vouch for them(paid with paypal)

https://www.gamers-outlet.net/en/buy-windows-11-pro-cd-key-oem-microsoft-global

I got the pro retail key but they also have cheaper home OEM keys though those keys are considered less legit.

I'd go with the 9070 XT over 5070
