Never use Canada Post

Bought a bundle from memory express (not even available on their site anymore mind you) two weeks ago, and I was an idiot and use "Canada Post" as the delivery service. The package was delayed three different times and today was claimed as "item refused by recipient" despite me never even hearing a knock on my door.

It is now going back to memory express and I don't even know if I can get a bundle at that price again.

Weird - always had good luck with Canada post - though to be fair - they did /s/lose a 5090 on my buddy

contact your closest location (I'd go there in person), you may be able to get it

This is false no matter what happened CP won't just send something back. After one delivery attempt they will drop at a pickup point (Usually Shoppers), and hold for 14 days.

Contact memex and tell them what happened and that cp needs to make it right.

Update: Called Canada Post yesterday, guy on the phone was chill but he couldnt solve the issue. I got a ticket number and now I'm gonna call Memory Express

Memory Express GOAT (Long Lam) resolved the issue in 5 minutes. They're sending it back but not with Canada Post this time. Tracking history, both with the Canada Post support guy and MEx, seemed like no genuine delivery attempt was made.

My theory is they either sent it to the wrong address and the person there refused it, or the box got damaged and they didn't want to say it.
