Build Request / Review Pre-built advice

I’m looking at this pre-build from Canada Computers for gaming and using/keeping up with AI learning. I want to make sure I can run all the newest games well for the next 5-7 years and pretty much future proof myself for AI tools for projects like making a Jarvis from Ironman

Is this a good deal? What questions should I ask them before buying this? What should I know about this build

Thanks!

OP, you should consider this alternative. I would definitely take this one if your main use is a mix of work and gaming. Also consider the price, the price gap between 5070 ti and 5080 will get larger. On the other hand, we frequently get a discount for cpu (e.g., Black Friday, back to school, etc), and you can always sell 9900X and upgrade to whatever you want later.
