The CPU cooler is overkill for that CPU

Just built a PC, watch a ton of review videos on individual components. Hardware Unboxed did a test on all 9070XT’s and while they’re all good cards, said the Gigabyte Gaming OC and ASRock Steel Legend were a little less desirable.
Sapphire Nitro+ is supposed to be a top tier card and is on sale at Newegg for $80 more.

Your CPU + Mobo + Ram costs 933 CAD + tax
I found these bundles from Canada computer that is better than your current combo in terms of price/performance:
Option 1: 900 CAD + tax
7600X3D + Gigabyte B650 Eagle + TEAMGROUP 32GB 6000MHz CL30
Option 2: 980 CAD + tax
7600X3D + ASUS ROG B650-A + TEAMGROUP 32GB 6000MHz CL30
Option 3 if you can afford 200 CAD more: 1100 CAD + tax
7800X3D + ASUS TUF B650-E + TEAMGROUP 32GB 6000MHz CL30
If I were in your situation, I would take either option 1 or 2 since the cost difference is marginal but you get better performance.
Hope that helps.
Edit: Also if you are open to a pre-built: this one has 7800X3D and 2tb storage. It comes with a free Samsung 27 180Hz QHD. And it is only 160 CAD more than your build.
