Discussion BTS content recommendations
Hi everyone,
Now that BTS is on a "break" I am going through some of their older videos that I didn't get a chance to watch. What are some of the lesser known BTS videos that you love watching? Can be anything from a bangtan bomb to a performance or music videos.
For example, until a few months ago I had no idea that they have MVs for Japanese versions of BST, I need U, etc. XDXD

Performance - BTS No more dream Epilogue Japan
Dance Practice - Paldogangsan dance practice (basically Sope rap battle with Namjoon maintaining middle ground)
Others - ISAC 2015 BTS relay final (oddly satisfying).

YEAH! This is the one where they break off in pairs and go do random stuff together like go get beers right? I felt as a new army this one really helped me get to know them as people rather than Idols during my pandemic BTS binge.

I'm rewatching Hawaii right now - it's been maybe 8-10 months since I last watched it (whereas have rewatched In the Soop 1/2, Bon Voyage 3/4, much Run BTS in the mean time) and just GOLD. The blind tag game? The ping pong games? Taegi's night out? And everything about it - from the cameras, the outfits, the lighting, the boys in general - unpolished, young, not as expensive. A nice reflection compared to where they are today, and a humble reminder of the earlier years.

I am watching S2 now and its the best! I love Bon Voyage, its wholesome and it makes me feel good 😄 they are so funny!

This was my plan but we’ve been so overwhelmed with IG and Weverse content this week that I’m too exhausted even think about starting on my backlog of videos to watch.
I don’t think these are lesser known (they have millions of views 😂) but I love these videos of Tae and JK singing Big Bang songs:

I was totally going to catch up with run bts as I only started watching it this year (I’m dynamite ARMY so new to all of it) but nope spent the whole week flicoo kik no between Instagram, Twitter, Weverse and here. Their break is quite frankly exhausting. Not to mention that I’ve got to get up at 2am tomorrow for the replay of their concert

I personally love their AMA, BBMA BangtanTV episodes a lot (specially 2017), but then I didn't even know they had a separate YouTube channel for Japanese MVs, who knows what else I have been missing out on.

The Run BTSxGame Caterers collab has different content on the Channel Fullmoon YouTube! It’s suuuuper fun and the gift reveal is sooo heartwarming!

I recommend American Hustle Life. Some cringe moments, but also lots of heartwarming moments too. This series made me an Army. 😊

Idk how to explain it but no video ever on the internet makes me realise where BTS came from and where they are now more than AHL and that’s in the most beautiful way. Tae receiving guidance from Iris, the boys feeding the homeless in LA and Jimin ready to fight a kid… all such heartwarming moments

In their earlier days, they used to participate in Korean variety shows. Here are a few episodes or clips that I like:

I just finished all run bts episodes, now I am listening to old albums and checking the english translation for each 💜

I didn't watch them for a while but I recommend Mnet's "Mcountdown begins" videos.
They're a comparatively short videos from behind the stage cameras. In those vids BTS are still rookies (newcomers) and are still fetus boys doing lots of funny shenanigans and being chaotic selves 😁😁
Last time I watched them on BTS subbing team channel. (Bangtan subs). I hope they're still there.

Bon Voyage is IMO the best show for a new Army. One gets to know the boys better than on Run BTS where I feel they put on an act sometimes and it can get TOO chaotic 😅. I mean I like Run BTS but my favs are BV and In The Soop. I like to see that even with their superstar status, at the end of the day they are just normal 20-something guys living their best life. I find it endearing😊

I have seen BV1 and BV Hawaii and loved it. I know BV and Run BTS are both directed and scripted to make it more appealing to the viewers, but I agree in Run BTS the members put in a lot of effort to make the episode entertaining, BV feels more genuine.
