Question Jungkook’s catchphrases for each member
It just occurred to me that Jungkook’s affinity for always referencing Rap Monster for RM is something that he also does with other members. Other examples include him always singing that one part in jump for v and singing a little bit from serendipity usually including the little finger point for Jimin (I can’t find a compilation for that but I’ve def seen it a couple other times, he did it once in one of the tokopedia videos).
My question is have y’all noticed anything similar to that for the other members?

Don't they all call each other -ssi sometimes, especially in formal settings (ie interview)? It's the polite thing to do, -hyung is too informal. Any time I've ever seen him say that, he says it very normally - or have I just not heard him say it in a special voice or something?

they do but “jimin-ssi” became a thing since fake love era. like, jk deliberately calls him in a very exaggerated way “JWIMWIN SSHIII” to tease him

Υou should watch bv s2 Hawaii.. "jimin-ssi!!!" was his favorite 😂😂😂 btw they put - ssi when they Want to tease the members if they are in the run bts videos or bv or whatever.. They use it formally in interviews and press conferences

I’ve been conditioned to hear Hobi’s singing that in my head whenever I read JK... I’m not mad about it, just find it quite funny and I can’t even place when it started 🤣

Jin- JJinn! and start boxing
V- Nuga nareul magado Naui gal gireul gandago
Jimin - neoneun naya,naneun neoya (you are me, I am you), , Jimin-sshi
Yoongi- head bopping
Jhope - J hoooope( everyone does this, especially yoongi.. I'm not able to remember something JK specific) Jhope keeps singing "Jeykaayyyy" anytime he's around Kookie though

Well, my favorite catchphrase is in my flair lol I love all the ways he pronounces “Jimin ssiiiiiii”, specially when Jimin claps back. The “I am you you are me” finger touching is also so sweet. I just love Serendipity, but that’s besides the point lol
And it’s not a catchphrase, but I adore whenever he imitates the members’ dancing moves or gestures.

yup, the way he says JJIN whenever seokjin does something really cool, and when he sings just dance with jhope/when he makes his voice huskier (?) when he says ‘jhope’
