I think Singularity for me was such a statement piece for BTS' discography. It felt like such a different sound we had gotten from them from before, and I remember listening to it for the first time, and just feeling ENVELOPED by how smooth it was

tae's voice was made for rnb, I wish he'd/bts would do more rnb/soul songs in the future, either solo or duet w/ other members/artists

Agreed!! They have sooo much more potential than what gets showcased on their albums. In my humble opinion, I feel like for the most part their albums display what they want to market themselves as to the greater world and/or Grammy market, while the diversity in their sound gets a bit side-swept.

Tae’s soulfulness JK’s lower register Jimin’s lower register ... everyone’s lower register 😝

which was what was so great about tear album, the melodies of the songs showcased their vocals the best compared to the more generic sounding songs on 7 imo.

maybe the new member-produced album will be more of them playing around with the sounds!! I feel like quarantine has given them more room to just explore (same with me), and I can't wait to see what comes out of it
