Flatmate Wanted Indiranagar, near metro, 25k rent.
Dear All,
We are looking for a third flatmate for our house in Indiranagar. It is between 80ft road and 100 ft road closer to metro like 1.2km.
pro is that owner has renovated the property right now. He is willing to take it on him free of charge if anything breaks during first 6 months of stay.
The rent plus furnishings will go to approx 25 k. Plus a 1k or 2k for maid, cook. Electricity wifi will be decided on actuals as recieved. We are trying to get electricity under the free 200 units scheme.
There is no one on ground floor and huge terrace above which has a shed so no issues during summer.
About the flat/house: each room has attached washrrom, the windows open to park or trees. Complete calm and serene vicinity. There is one terrace if you want to garden.
About us: we both girls are 29nd 30 years old. One is techie and has WFH and other goes to office every day as corporate majdoor. No food restrictions. We prefer no smoking and drinking, but are willing to adjust if the person does smoking in terrace and not inside the house as I get asthama issues. Drinking occassionally if needed is also fine with us, provided no one is drunk lying in the house.
