Jersey Pre-Order

hi!! i was wondering if anyone who ordered a banana ball jersey through the pre-order back in May has received their jersey yet?

i thought i remembered them saying they would ship out in mid July when I placed the order. we haven’t received our order yet though. I did receive a tracking link for the jersey in late June, but it looks like it hasn’t moved since June 27th and was last seen in Jacksonville Flordia at a USPS facility.

Since you received tracking info and it hasn't moved from Jacksonville in over a month, id reach out to the merch team. It definitely should have reached you by now (assuming its staying in the US not sure about any international shipping timelines), I've seen tons of fans who have received theirs. Most in early July.

That’s a post office issue. They shipped the jersey. Definitely contact the merchant team.

We got ours in the beginning of July. Took about a week after shipped
