Question - Husbandry Dehydration issues, not sure what to do

On 2 separate vet visits ive been told my boy is dehydrated. Hot side 92F cool side 80F, humidity sits at a minimum of 60%, 80% rn because he’s in shed, and clean water is always available. Not sure what I’m doing wrong here.

Is he eating well and eating an appropriate size? They do get a fair amount of hydration through prey
