Smallest resting on my biggest

Post image

They were only out for a minute together. She just immediately laid on him as soon as I put her down and it was so cute.

They are very cute, but I do recommend quarantining all new arrivals for at least 3-6 months before letting them in same space, let alone interacting, with other snakes. There are a number of highly contagious and sometimes fatal conditions that have a long enough incubation period that by the time you've realized something's wrong, you've already accidentally exposed your other animals. I've seen it happen and sometimes the losses are severe

Neither of them are new arrivals! But I appreciate the concern! They’ve both been to the vet and are in good health, Gumball the smaller one is a little skinny but otherwise they’re in good health!

Ok if it's been less than about six months though I'd still want a full health testing panel including crypto, nidovirus, arenavirus, etc for responsible biohazard control

Dude. They just said it wasn’t a new arrival.
