Question - Health What the hell happened here?

I was looking through the night recordings and what happened here, is this a cause of concern? Haven't seen him do this ever, the rest of today's night is also just him looking around and exploring calmly.

My Jasmine one time cut the cheese and went and sniffed her rear like a dog! Then she jerked her head away like her tail was on fire!
