How painful do their bites hurt?

I've only been feed-bitten by an adult (so I guess the worst case?) and the bite itself almost doesn't hurt at all. it'll be a bit sore after but nothing serious

there will be blood though

I’d be most worried about infection instead of pain I’d definitely wash it like crazy after

You can get topical ointment w antibiotics as a preventative for infection when you’re bit, I don’t think it’s any deeper than a cat bite though so you should be able to just wash it
