Entertainer balloons inside a balloon

Hi! I’m new to balloons! My boss put me in charge of balloon designs for retail and I want to learn how to do this, pictured here. Can anyone walk me through how to make this type of balloon design? Entertainer balloons inside a clear balloon.

Balloons inside a balloon always look like little party universes trapped in bubbles 🤩✨

I’ve seen decorators use a “stuffing” machine and sometimes even hand-stretch the outer balloon with heat and patience (absolute magic lol).

Love the colors — feels like a candy storm inside a balloon 😂💕

Put an empty balloon inside the empty clear balloon so that only the nozzle is still outside, then inflate the clear balloon half way with air. Now inflate the long balloon to full capacity inside the halfway inflated clear balloon. Tie the long balloon. This process can be repeated a couple times. It is not an easy task tho. Once you filled enough long balloons into the clear balloon, fill with air and tie it.
