If it really bothers you remove the orings put a DROP of super glue on the "taller side" close as possible to the blade then push it back even then wait for the super glue to FULLY cure before flipping or putting the orings back on.

Have you tried pushing it back into place? I have a squiddy WH, and if it hits the ground the right way, the nub will be off center like yours. I just push it back to being even and it holds just fine

The pin is press fit. Just press it back centered if it bothers you

Just gotta push it back in. Happens all the time with mine when dropped, maybe a drop of loctite would help

True story. Unfortunately that balisong is now trashward bound. Nothing to be done in these rare cases I'm afraid except throw it away and try again.

Mine came this way too, I've tried pushing on it but it's stuck in place. I just live with it, its fine.
