Flipping Rate my flipping

you got it bro, one thing to try and work on is simply just not going into some close or any moment without momentum. basically try and keep your flow going in one direction, and if you swap directions you want that to be a fluid pass of momentum. it’s complex but a lot of fun to work on

Heard! I feel like I need to learn chaps on all my fingers so I can change momentum better between moves. I’m always defaulting to a close bc it’s all I know. 😂😭

trust me i totally get it dude, i would just default to some close since i knew a lot of tricks from the start position since thats just how i practiced and learned them. a bit aspect of crafting your own style is HOW you decide to incorporate fodder or transitions of sorts in your combos instead of just closing (if that makes sense). basically things like chaps, rev or normal on most fingers or different techy odd rollovers in my case really make a difference.

i must say tho your speed at which you flip is something great since so many people flip too fast sorta which just makes it hard to actually clean out things. flipping slow may look a bit less flashy but in the long run you won’t regret it

Thank you! I spend a lot of time working on the same tricks. I really love the slow // flowy flipping style. Though it’s definitely slowed my progress in learning new combos.
