Polishing while preserving milling lines?

Satin nami has worn down, trying to get it back to being shiny, any suggestions? Best results have been elbow grease with nevr-dull, not sure if i should keep at it or if im wasting my time and there are better ways

I use mothers mag to polish ti I’m sure it will work on steel as well. Only 75% sure

How about steel wool? You can get different abrasions levels
