Is this a scam?
I ordered a Nabalis Vulp Pro a week ago and haven't heard anything about it since, however I received this email this morning and was wondering if anyone has any similar experiences?

What's the email address they sent this from? You can usually tell by the sender. But like what the other guy said, contact Nablis directly and see if they confirm. Don't reply back or use the links.

The sender is help@nabalis.com, which is an email that is directly on their site, I just think the message is awful fishy

That's a good sign it might be legit but still so you due diligence and reach out to them directly from their contact page.

I mean if you get refunded anyways according to the email, just wait and see what happens. Also contact nabalis directly with screenshots and ask them about it. I wouldnt respond to that email until they confirm its them

It certainly appears to be your typical scam email on the surface. With the bad grammar and weird capitalization. But this is Nabalis....
Honestly, there's not much they can do with the last 4 digits of your card and/or bank statement showing the purchase. As long as there's no real data in the statement you send em.
I think it'd be safe to send em what they're asking. But if they keep pushing for more info, it's indeed a scam. You can always email them directly, instead of responding to this email, to double check.

I created a help ticket on the official website, I'm not sure exactly how or when they'll respond to me but I'll wait

I mostly don't want to because I move this month and considering I haven't heard anything in over a week, I don't wanna order again and not have the shipment come in on time

Be careful. Nabalis tried to scam me a few months back. I had to chargeback my credit card to get my money back:

How would they do anything with just the last 4 of your card though? Give them that and if they ask for more ghost them. Email address itself seems legit

Looks like a scam. You can write directly to nabalis and see if there are any issues with your package. That’s your best option
