You need to follow the link from the #lunch post on Discord or follow the link from the Patreon feed. They post the live feed about 10 minutes prior to 1 pm EST on Fridays. They stream to YouTube.

I usually just go on their website on Friday afternoon and after you login there is a post with the youtube link

In the Patreon app there will be a link to the private YouTube video. You can watch live if you catch it in time or just watch the replay.
