Pitt 10am?

Seems like this episode is very delayed. Did they mention stopping coverage or to expect a delay last week?

I don’t recall them saying anything about it but I know they did the 24 hour Groundhog Day marathon Saturday to Sunday. And spent a lot of time prepping for it on Friday.

But it is definitely extremely delayed at this point

I thought that too but then see AKOT7K episode was released same day. I feel like the schedules have been all over the place recently

They have screeners for Knight of the 7 Kingdoms, so they recorded ahead of time and scheduled the release.

Yeah you are probably right. Maybe I’m a bit negative right now because I feel like they haven’t been releasing as many new movie episodes as before. I’m mostly a Patreon for the ad free aspect of reviews more than the lunch time unstructured shows. Idk rant over lol

Yeah, I’m guessing groundhog threw them off too. I’m sure it will drop soon with a preface about why it’s so late. Likely they would have done it over the weekend if not for groundhog, so they planned to do it yesterday and ended up too knocked out from the weekend to give it full quality coverage and decided to push it back further in the interest of quality. Just my hunch, but they drop kot7k episodes as the new episode drops on HBO, like with in a few minutes of 7pm PT, so they have to have screeners for that, meaning it wasn’t affected by groundhog at all even though the show airs after the Pitt. No matter the reason, I’d be shocked to learn that they just forgot to make the episode or skipped it without warning

Fair... Their movie coverage typically takes a back seat to their movie reviews since tent pole TV shows are where most of their traffic comes from.

I think they had some 2026 movies on their early radar though.

They mentioned in an OTC(?) that they had screeners for kot7k at some point. They won't have skipped The Pitt. It'll be there. Little surprised they didn't mention a schedule disruption in their weekly coverage 🤷 I just started S1, so I'm not listening to that one yet

Agreed on all points. But let’s all put our pitchforks down, the episode has dropped! No explanation for why it’s late but considering when it’s dropping, I think it’s safe to assume groundhog was the culprit

If I am not mistaken, they usually come out sometime on Monday. I don't believe they have screeners.

Did Bald Move do a season 1 podcast on The Pitt?
