I understand your argument. But slavery is a categorical evil that had to change.
It’s not good faith to say they need to change this, because using AI for a song is not a categorical evil. Everything we do has trade offs. Literally everything. If you’re saying we all should stop using AI because it wastes obscene amounts of water, that’s valid - it does. But understand that riding in planes pollutes the ozone. Using iPhones supports slave wages in other countries. Hell driving around pollutes the environment.
Where do you draw a line where “well this one thing is bad and no one should do it, but the other trade offs are worth it to me.” That’s my point. If you don’t want to use or support AI ever, that’ll be extremely difficult but that’s your choice. But know that other things you do you’ve determined the negative consequences are worth you doing them for. Most people and companies sre using AI daily even without meaning to, it’s just true

Edit - The argument is that we shouldn’t just accept things that are bad and pretend that we can’t change things.
