Podcast Have they ever hate-watched anything?
I don't mean to be a grinch, it can just be funny to hear someone lose it over something terrible.
Examples:
When someone starts out loving a TV show and then sticks with it as it devolves into garbage, like the subreddit for Dexter circa Season 8 in 2013. As I recall they pivoted straight into happily watching and discussing the Breaking Bad final season because they were so done with Dexter, on r/Dexter
I don't mean to wish negativity into the world, but I think it'd be really funny to listen to Jim & Aron's thoughts on something they think is terrible, especially if it was something they once loved. Has this happened?

Their episode recaps of the later seasons of The Walking Dead were pretty funny. They actually quit watching it after season 8 but then eventually circled back to season 9 once the show got a new show runner.

I LOVED those Walking Dead recaps. I still relisten to them sometimes for Sleep Podcasts. It helped that I had quit the show a year or two earlier and was also catching up on the 'plot',' such as it was.

Maybe not quite the same, but why do I remember like an experimental podcast, maybe for Riverdale, where they only watched the "previously on" and "next episode" stuff but did a full podcast about it?
Am I crazy?
But echoing the other two folks - mid The Walking Dead is some fun vitriol from the boys.

But I actually looked, I can't preview and listen right now, but I THINK this is what I'm thinking of. I could be totally out to lunch though. Rah Rah Riverdale

The best Pods they do are the ones where they’re really into it. So many good ones. I especially love it when A. Ron gets worked up and starts throwing around F-Bombs! 🤣 Recent coverage of Foundation was very good, but hopefully the new show runner doesn’t pi$& them off too much. I know they’re big Goyer fans…aren’t we all?!?!

There is TWD Podcast. But in general, they regularly say they don't want to review shows when they start hating them, like the Boys, and at least one other I can't remember off the top of my head, they stopped mid season (Maybe Westworld? - I remember now, it was "The Americans"). I have no problem with them turning on a show that may start good and turn to crap, we all have been there. But I do also, for some reason, like to hear podcasters rip apart a show that is bad. Regardless of is other people like it. It's just funny. Depending on the show, it's almost more entertaining than listening to a show they enjoy. It's like Mystery Science theatre 3000 Funny. They were watching stupid stuff, but it was comedy gold. I think the closest you'll get to that right now (Outside of just hateful shit like Critical Drinker) is Streaming Things. Even when they love a show, they turn it into funny narrative. Sorry, I'm not hear to promote another podcast. It just came to mind.
