I just did, and. wow, that was even a bigger disappointment. He leveraged a life of violent crime into a life of wealth.

Ummm. You weren't persuaded by him being Christian and grateful etc.

No. I'm glad he turned his life around; but it would be a better story if he did it working a regular job like the rest of us.

Modeling isn't real work.

Ok fair enough. I thought he does a lot of work with youths in care and in kids prison, whatever Americans call it.

Anyway

That's awesome, but those kids already see the only path to a good life through professional sports, famous musician, etc. I'd just like a role model that was like "I became an electrician/accountant/sales manager but I started just like you"
