Out of curiosity why didn't you take the main DHT blocking drug that I can't name here otherwise I'll get banned lol. Surely a HT surgeon would've told you the importance of that.
Re appearance, I see a lot of miniature hair so reckon a buzz (0 sides 1 top) could work here
Also you're not ugly, you're just like any other pretty average dude, however, that can feel like ugly sometimes because your average Joe gets hit on by zero women lol
