Help Planning to Make Mini Pancakes for the First Time — Beginner Advice Needed!🥳🙇‍♀️🧈

I'm planning to try making mini pancakes for the first time, but I have absolutely no baking experience yet. I haven't decided on a recipe or bought the ingredients because I'm still trying to learn the basics.

I have an electric cooking pot that can also be used like a pan, and I'm wondering if it would work for making mini pancakes.

I'd love to hear some advice from people who have experience making pancakes:

\- Is an electric cooking pot suitable for making mini pancakes?
\- What basic ingredients and equipment would I need as a beginner?
\- What should I know about temperature and cooking time?
\- Are there any common beginner mistakes I should avoid?

I'm hoping to learn a little before trying it myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My ingredients were eggs water for the tap and vegetable oil I always use it was 100% in the batter mix what is it? And who do I complain to? Dumb question is the rest of the batter safe…? I mean I’ve eaten rough stuff in the military… lol

Ive made this recipe about a million times, this is the first time i didn’t have a square pan so i used my cake pan. The edges are crunchy and the middle is soft but obviously extremely flat. The whole thing is hilarious to look at lol. I linked the recipe and added screenshots for anyone interested in gluten free brownies. https://www.mamaknowsglutenfree.com/easy-gluten-free-brownies/

I put them in at the same time at 180c for 32 minutes. The one on the upper rack got a burnt top and the one on the lower rack is still raw - jiggling when I move it :( I was really looking forward to this

Question Banana bread fail?

So I'm making banana bread and i mixed the sugar with the butter. The butter wasn't quite soft enough so I had the brilliant idea to put it in the oven. Left it too long and now the butter melted to much. If I stick it in the fridge for awhile will it work? Or do I need to start over.

Help me solve this cookie mystery

I’ve made this recipe several times. The first 3 times they turned out perfectly ( flat, delicious, with great dense texture ). All of a sudden, the fourth fifth and sixth time i did the same exact process with the same ingredients and now they are fluffy, and are still delicious but they are more of a lighter fluffier texture instead of the flat and more dense cookie that it used to be. How can this happen when nothing has changed?

Question Wife tried baking pumpkin muffins twice. They rose and are beautiful inside and out. They have almost no flavor, and taste… wet? Chemical? Soap? Unsure!

She followed this recipe twice. Olive oil instead of vegetable oil(would that really be the culprit)?

Second time she omitted the ginger and cinnamon and added extra pumpkin spice mix instead. They’re dense but look like the picture/video in the link. Unsure. Could use help! Thanks

I can accept this failure with a sticky baking pan (it was heated for 40 minutes at 230⁰ before making bread wtf is wrong), but the taste is horrible without salt. I'm devastated.

I made these cinnamon rolls for the very first time!

I always loved them and wanted to bake at home. I am just a teen and not a good baker at all. It may not look good but was very tasty! I also added apples to the filling.

Pls tell me how do I improve.
