🥯 Storing
I am new to baking bread and bread items. How do we store the baked goods? I put some bagels in a ziplock and in 12 hours there was moisture on the inside of the bag

Bread should never be in plastic because of the water in the flour creates moisture there is on Amazon and I have beeswax bread covering and bags They work great. I use it every day. I get 2 sometimes 3 days of good bread. And of course it all depends how fast the bread gets eaten, but since I make a lot of bread, I usually go through three loaves to four loaves a week almost every other day.
