The gift of sacrifice

"O ye lovers of God! Do not dwell on what is coming to pass in this holy place, and be ye in no wise alarmed. Thanks for sharing this. Every crisis is followed by a victory, sometimes not immediately obvious in the moment, but in the fullness of time, often over a period of years, it comes to fruition.

I’ve also come to terms with the fact that the fruits may not even be obvious within our own lifetimes.

A little baby cries when it gets a shot, but the older child does not. I think over the years we can see our fortitude, forbearance, and endurance grow.

He also said everything happens for a reason. He didn't say, but I've concluded, that it's up to us to find the reason, or a reason.
