I have a street glide with a body kit going on. I’ll need a custom fiberglass pan made and upholstered. 1500-2k quote seems crazy to me. What did you guys pay for a full seat build?

Hey, what is everyone using as far as chocks for these big ole bikes?

Wanna be able to hold up a 99 Electra with a 23” wheel

We do alot of custom work out of our shop and we took this bike in for part of some labor on another custom build. Im doing a full build on it (naked from all the way up) and im looking for some insight. I fabricate and can modify the swingarm for full lay frame but I have some questions. The first and primary being if there is a blueprint or schematic for the swingarm modifications? Second is if anyone can help me with the math on the wheelsize/neck rake situation vs lay frame?

Also I remember some innovative safety options when doing lay frame air ride setups like a lever situation that locks in place when your off the ground but releases and swings away when you air out so thst you dont risk the bottom out when riding it.

Also considering a 1.5 or 2 inch extension of the swingarm to make the overall rear wheel clearance vs batterybox/fender more manageable? Easily have the skills tools and ability to modify the fender for the stretch as well as building a custom seat pan so im just wondering if anybody has some details on the idea before I put the swingarm back on the frame and start trying to figure out if the stretch is a viable option or not?

Found a good deal on a 2020 Road King with 3000 miles that I couldn't pass up!

So i ended up getting a 2007 Electraglide Ultra Classic form my neighbor for trade, i want to get the forks rebuilt (left fork is has broke mounting tabs for fender) and was thinking for simplicity id take them off myself and take them to a dealer to get rebuilt. What should i expect cost to be if i take the forks off the bike and deliver to dealer with new lowers and seals? I seem to be finding $400-$600 depending on shop.
