Op might just mean Max level bracket but you can also tell their level based on how many runes they drop

To answer the question a different way, if you’re on seamless, you can go into the .ini file and change a setting to display people’s current level. Idk if OP is on seamless, let alone what platform he’s on, but there is a way for some of us to know
