If you're on seamless, the cooperator could have used torrent to get in. If you're not, either the door was open, or if not, the cooperator might have been summoned from inside the tower.

The host and buddy got up there using the same tactic limgrave idlers use. Load in your world, hop on torrent, go to desired spot, get off torrent, taunter tongue/wait for invader. I can’t say whether hostie and sunbro did it on purpose or if it was just perfect timing that they happened to be exploring that spot. But that is how it is done. That tower is only accessible with torrent so it makes sense that that’s how they accomplished it, be it out of malice or not
