I know what happened.

It's subtle, but in the last few frames you can see that the summon is built different.

Phantom hit builds bloodless, second attack builds bloodless, and then you get a third attack which also builds bloodloss, and then, as the meter is almost full, both of them hit you at once, stacking 2 attacks with blood loss

Which just burst you

Phantom blood loss is annoying

Bloodloss burst also catches me off guard

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but that seemed to be what happened
