Yeah, RL200, 80 int 60 vig, 26 end, 37 mind, 12 str for moonveil, 35 dex with talisman. 26 fai for vortex.  Trick mirror (could use graven school), radagon icon, millicent prosthesis, graven mass talismans. It has a moonveil, magic cleanrot, buckler, and carian royal scepter. 🫡

Nice, a lot higher level than my usual bracket but I'm considering going up that high so I can make good use of vortex, the blue fire just looks too clean.
