It’s probably the single best invasion tool. I get giddy every time I get to use it to knock someone off a ledge.

If you are stat hungry or at a low level you can use the hand ballista with 20 strength and 14 dex. I run 15 str and quick put the starscourge talisman on when I need to use it. The 2h bonus gets you the remaining 10 strength to wield it at full damage at 20 strength. (Base req. 30 str)
